Returns

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery for eligible products.

Items must be:

Unused and unworn

In their original condition

Returned with original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Sarees with fall and edging completed

Customized or altered products

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible products subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
